Job Function: Supply Chain Deliver Job Sub Function: Transportation Services Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: Position Summary Coordinate all operational needs according to the plan and negotiations for NC countries for Innovative Medicine sector, connect with all strategic internal stakeholders and external service providers to fulfill the expected lead times and service level and coordinate any regulatory / customs needs to ensure correct shipments to our customers in NC countries. Ensure the compliance of all internal and external Deliver & Trade Compliance policies applicable in this business model Major Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of all shipments to our customers involved in this business model to NC countries in Innovative Medicine sector Effectively connected with areas Planning, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Health Care Compliance, Quality and Finance to manage cross-functional processes & resolve issues impacting areas of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with the country's operational lead time and constantly monitor it, in case it is impacted, identify root causes and implement improvements in processes to mitigate its recurrence. Provide support to the internal team in general issues of the operation. Act as a focal point for the other areas in case of escalations, solving problems and providing attention to what corresponds.

Accompany the financial pillar to ensure the proper registration of invoices for services and support in the event of an interruption of the process with suppliers. Guarantee compliance of Deliver & Trade Compliance policies use for all the sectors in all countries through correct implementation / control of service providers (freight forwarders, brokers, etc.) Connect (when needed) with customers to ensure that they count on all documental requirements for their customs processes Connect with all service providers involved in the supply chain to ensure lead times accomplishment Provide at the end of the month with confirmation of the closing of invoices for the VeneCenca operation previously aligned with the internal team as well as provide the Revenue Recognition corresponding to the Regular Export Operations and DROP CENCA. Analyze improvement opportunities and automation proposals, as well as develop and implement both short- and long-term savings strategies in the operation.

Manage the tariff classification process and code creation, under Trade Compliance Standards Execute and maintain updated internal procedures of the area, Service Agreements with logistics providers and local Trade Compliance standards, under the quality and compliance model Coordination with internal and external areas of the company regarding regulatory or customs issues that may positively or negatively impact on the business and be the Backup point of contact for requirements from government entities or internal areas associated with import and export processes Required Qualifications Required Minimum Education: College / University Degree in any logistics related fields (incl. business administration) Other: English Language: min. 60% (written and oral - upper intermediate) Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Trade Operations / Supply Chain, including proof record of international logistics & transportation and/or broker management Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking / analysis, Communication / connect, Problem solving skills, Innovation / Creativity, Customer oriented Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Business Behavior, Data Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Digital Supply Chain Management, Distribution Management, Document Management, Execution Focus, Issue Escalation, Order Management, Performance Monitoring, Project Management, Safety-Oriented, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Transportation Management, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Transportation Security
