A Day in the Life The Vascular Field Technologist will Promotes and supports Medtronic's Vascular products and services within an assigned geographic area (Los Angeles/Southern CA and Las Vegas, NV. This person will partner with field-based Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Reps, and District Managers within the team to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Will drive adoption and support of Medtronic Vascular products and services across Los Angeles, Southern California, and Las Vegas, NV, ensuring exceptional customer support and alignment with business objectives. Will partner closely with Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives, and District Managers to ensure the right product is available in the right location at the right time, maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities. This person must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area.

No relocation is available for this position. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Drive sales growth and therapy adoption by promoting and advancing Medtronic Vascular products and services across assigned territories and customer accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.

Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with physicians, clinicians, administrators, and key decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate business growth. Identify and convert new business opportunities by proactively assessing customer needs, delivering value-based solutions, navigating objections, and demonstrating the clinical and economic benefits of Medtronic's vascular portfolio. Lead product education and training initiatives that increase customer competency, drive product utilization, and support successful therapy implementation.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and inform territory and account strategies. Develop and execute targeted market development plans that expand market share, increase account penetration, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Capture, synthesize, and champion customer feedback on new and existing products, partnering with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to influence product enhancements, innovation, and commercial strategy.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Sales Training, and other business functions to solve complex challenges, remove barriers, and accelerate organizational priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor and clinical resource to customers, providing consultative support that strengthens customer loyalty, improves outcomes, and positions Medtronic as the partner of choice. Drive strategic account growth through proactive engagement , disciplined territory management, and effective execution of sales and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$67,200.00 - $100,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
