Fluke Corporation is hiring a Director, Oracle ERP and Business Transformation to own our global ERP ecosystem end to end: strategy, modernization, governance, and day-to-day operational performance. This leader owns business outcomes, not just technology delivery.

The role is the enterprise owner of Oracle ERP at Fluke: an established Oracle E-Business Suite footprint and a multi-year evolution to Oracle Fusion Cloud, spanning multiple countries and manufacturing sites worldwide. You will lead a global team across North America, EMEA, and India, plus implementation partners and managed services providers, and own the enterprise ERP portfolio budget.

You will be the executive technology partner to Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Services, and Corporate Functions in driving process harmonization, data integrity, adoption, and measurable value realization across functions and geographies. The work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, organizational change, and people leadership.

Why This Role

This is ownership of Fluke’s full ERP agenda, an EBS-to-Fusion transformation with executive sponsorship and funding already in place, not a proposal you have to sell from scratch. You will have a standing seat with the CIO and direct influence over how a global manufacturer runs Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global Oracle ERP strategy, roadmap, application portfolio, and governance model, including demand and release management.
  • Lead Fluke’s multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation, modernization, and business value realization efforts.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Services leaders to align technology investments with business priorities.
  • Drive enterprise process transformation across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, Forecast-to-Fulfill, and Service-to-Cash functions.
  • Lead process harmonization, standardization, and simplification across global regions so ERP platforms support scalable growth, compliance, and acquisition integration.
  • Own ERP service delivery, system reliability, security, and availability, and establish the KPIs that measure adoption, delivery performance, and business outcomes.
  • Own master data governance and data quality, and partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Security to maintain strong SOX controls.
  • Lead ERP-related organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities.
  • Manage the ERP budget, vendor spend, and strategic relationships with Oracle, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams across North America, EMEA, and India, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on ERP strategy, investments, and risks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in ERP, Enterprise Applications, Business Transformation, or Technology organizations.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-scale ERP programs, ERP operations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, or equivalent ERP environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or digital transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Commercial Operations, and Service Management processes.
  • Experience supporting complex global manufacturing and distribution environments.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar technology portfolios, programs, and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SOX controls, internal controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading global teams, organizational change, and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related Oracle business application suites.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, SCM Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Procurement Cloud, WMS, RMCS, Subscription Management, CPQ, and EPM.
  • Previous experience leading Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migrations.
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies with strong compliance and governance requirements.
  • Manufacturing industry experience with global supply chain, logistics, distribution, and service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into executable technology roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of accounting, revenue recognition, financial close, inventory accounting, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience partnering directly with CIO, CFO, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Manufacturing leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to balance day-to-day operations, modernization, and risk management.
  • Experience with Fortive Business System (FBS), Danaher Business System (DBS), Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinker capable of operating at both enterprise and execution levels.
  • Demonstrated track record developing teams, building organizational capability, and leading through change.

What Success Looks Like in 12–18 Months Enterprise Transformation & Business Value

  • Established a clear enterprise ERP vision and multi-year Oracle Fusion roadmap aligned to Fluke’s growth strategy, operational priorities, and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated measurable improvements in business process efficiency, user experience, reporting capabilities, and operational visibility.

Oracle Fusion Readiness & Modernization

  • Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap approved, funded, and actively progressing with strong business sponsorship and governance.
  • Future-state business processes defined and standardized across key enterprise value streams, reducing complexity and preparing the organization for cloud adoption.
  • Reduced ERP customization footprint and technical debt while increasing standard platform adoption.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Maintained stable enterprise ERP operations throughout transformation activities with strong service delivery performance.
  • Improved application reliability, availability, and support effectiveness while reducing major business-impacting incidents.
  • Strengthened ERP security, SOX controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance maturity.

Business Partnership & Organizational Alignment

  • Built trusted partnerships with CFO, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Operations leadership teams.
  • Created business-facing governance forums that drive alignment, accountability, and faster decision-making.

Leadership & Organizational Capability

  • Built a high-performing global ERP organization with clear accountability, strong functional leadership, and succession readiness.
  • Established an effective global operating model leveraging internal talent, strategic partners, and managed services providers.
