Premier Research is looking for a Senior Talent Partner (4 Month Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. What You'll Be Doing : Manages full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level positions, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing top talent. Recruits for high volume/ multiple disciplines. Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find and screen quality candidates including talent from non-traditional sources Manages the candidate experience, solicits feedback, and proactively and regularly communicates status to candidates and hiring managers . Uses the applicant tracking system for all candidate and requisition related communication.
Dispositions candidates to ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics purposes . Refers qualified prospects to hiring teams. Schedules interviews, follows -up on evaluations, schedules and facilitates interview debrief meetings. Ensures data is captured in applicant tracking system . Ensures job postings are aligned with internal talent posting checklist and legally compliant REQUIREMENTS: 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience of which at least 3 years has been within clinical research Experience conducting and coaching on behavioral-based interviewing Experience with Workday Recruiting and r ecruitment c andidate r elationship m anagement Experience using c andidate d atabases such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Completed High School Diploma or GED This is a 4 month contract position with East Coast working hours preferred.
