About us

Edison Scientific builds and deploys AI scientist agents to accelerate science and the development of new medicines. We are an ambitious team run by scientists and engineers from leading institutions across biology, physics, chemistry, and AI.

We're seeking one or two scientists to support biologics development across two workstreams. This will be a short term, flexible engagement, roughly 10 hours per week.

Workstream 1: Multispecific Antibody Assembly

Evaluate and map approaches for assembling antibody fragments into multispecific formats using in vitro conjugation methods. Includes reviewing the technology and IP/FTO landscape.

Workstream 2: CHO Perfusion Productivity Enhancement

Identify strategies and candidate interventions to improve cell-specific productivity in CHO perfusion culture, informed by published literature across transcriptomics, metabolomics, media optimization, and cell line engineering.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in protein engineering, biochemistry, bioprocess engineering, molecular biology, or a related discipline.

Experience with antibody engineering, fragment conjugation, multispecific antibody design, and/or CHO cell culture and bioprocessing.

Familiarity with literature and IP/FTO landscape analysis.

Industry or CDMO background in biologics development preferred.

One consultant covering both areas is ideal; two specialists are also welcome.

  • Note: our consulting opportunities do not offer the benefits shown below.*
