Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the complete production process, including material weighing, processing, compression, filling, blistering, and packaging. Lead and coordinate the work of production staff, ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
Prepare and clean production equipment according to established procedures prior to operations. Evaluate production conditions and promptly address any operational issues. Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. 0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork. Proficient in English (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
