Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment. Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in project management, R&D, operations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively. Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams. PMP certification is a plus.
