Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved. Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements.
Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements. Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, along with Identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. An MBA is preferred. 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sterile production operations. 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
