Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Scientist / Associate Director to join our Translational Biology team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of Translational Biology. The incumbent will have hands on experience leading research programs and will be skilled in developing and executing experiments to advance novel biologics.
This role will have the opportunity to lead programs from early discovery to IND-enabling studies, working collaboratively across groups in research and development and will be the scientific team leader responsible for data analysis, thorough documentation in advancement of INDs, and clear communication of results.
