Job Description: Position Responsibilities: Coordinate daily administrative operations of the department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars for department leaders, and organizing necessary documents/reports. Assist in budget management: support the preparation of departmental budget plans, track monthly/quarterly spending against budgets, compile expense reports, and communicate with finance teams to ensure alignment with financial guidelines.
Facilitate internal and external communication: act as a liaison cross functions, clients, or stakeholders; distribute important updates, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain clear records of communications. Organize key departmental activities, such as workshops, project kick-offs, or team events, including logistics planning, venue coordination, and post-activity follow-ups. Maintain and update files, databases, and operational records to ensure accuracy and easy access for team members.
Assist on Department Head On time and accurately complete daily work assigned by Head Proactively communicate and work closely with sub-teams and cross-functional teams according to Department Head arrangement Other logistics arrangement if necessary Recruitment Requirements / Qualifications Education: Ideal: Bachelor Minimum: College Languages: English Experience (Proficiency): Ideal: 3-5 years working experience Minimum: 1+ years working experience MBA or master degree preferred if no working experience. Other Useful Information Specifics of the position: Good at MS office skill especially excel and powerpoint Good at written and spoken English Good at communication and project management Health care/Pharma industry experience is preferred.
