Job Summary Position Overview: The Commercial Support Specialist will be responsible for the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the Commercial function, as well as providing support to external NHS stakeholders throughout their end-to-end Insulet journey. This process driven and skilled individual will be responsible for the tactical delivery of customer facing support, provision and delivery of key commercial data and optimisation of process efficiencies across the UK BENELUX region with the aim of driving revenue, growth and customer success with Insulet and Omnipod therapy. Responsibilities • Acting as the interface between Sales, Customer Care and Commercial from an NHS stakeholder perspective, both payer and clinical • Owning and hosting regular review meetings with key NHS stakeholders, both payer and clinical, managing relationships and supporting them with their Insulet end to end journey • Working cross functionally where needed to support the end-to-end customer journey • Using the existing reporting framework, execute, collate and deliver key commercial management data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to NHS stakeholders, both payer and clinical • Ownership and management of large NHS purchasing contracts, via regular monitoring to ensure validity, tracking renewal requirements on a weekly/ ad hoc basis • Responsible for obtaining, implementing and managing financial year-end, purchasing contract renewals and all implementation activities • Supporting the Commercial function with one off / ad hoc activities during regional product launches with creation, implementation and management of localized operational processes. • Reviewing existing operational processes and pathways to identify optimization opportunities, working with the NHS key stakeholders to implement the necessary changes • Driving consistency, standardisation and simplicity in all activity across the UK BENELUX region where appropriate • Work with CAM & AR team on any payer non payment / claim escalations • Key Decision Rights • First point of contact for commercial customer account queries from external and internal stakeholders Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors • Strong interpersonal communications, both oral and written • Self-starter who needs minimal direction; extremely flexible and personable Required Skills and Competencies • Professional meeting skills (Virtual and F2F) • Commercially minded • Experience in Customer Service / Stakeholder Account Management • Conflict resolution • Prioritization and time management proficient • Process driven and change mindset • Familiar with Salesforce.com Education and Experience • A-Level or equivalent qualification • Prior industry/commercial experience essential • Knowledge and experience of the NHS, service delivery and current pathways • Fluent in English • Highly competent in the use of virtual communication computer systems e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx etc. • Proficiency with computers, especially MSExcel & MSOutlook Additional Information • The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our London office. • Occasional business travel may be required to Insulet regional locations for internal business meetings as and when required (no more than quarterly) Job Title: Senior Administrative Specialist Department: Global Manufacturing Operations FLSA Status: Nonexempt Position Overview: The Senior Administrative Specialist will work under the guidance of a senior operations leader supporting an operations leadership team, as well as the application administration of Insulet’s PLM system.

In the PLM Account Administrator role , work under the guidance of the Director of Global Documentation and Training Compliance to ensure control, security, integrity, and availability of proper access to the PLM System. The PLM Account Administrator will work directly with the Document Control, Training, IT, managers, business users, and vendors/partners in managing the access to the global PLM solution across all functions. Responsibilities: Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information and communicate information within scope of authority.

Maintain executives’ schedules by arranging meeting and appointments. Manage all meeting details such as room reservations, preparing agendas, securing necessary IT equipment, initializing presentations, catering, and attendee updates. Screen calls and route executive correspondence and emails.

Prepare letters, emails, and presentations. Prepare expense reports for executive(s). Manage corporate card usage and submit for payment.

Coordinate and initiate conference calls and video conference meetings. Produce presentations for meetings as requested. Arrange executive(s) domestic and international travel on an as needed basis.

Managing the processes required Insulet’s PLM system: Onboarding and account creation User password and general account maintenance Coordinate the workflow for all access requests Reviewing and confirming employee training completion Work with managers to grant access as applicable Work with Procurement team and vendors to create and maintain supplier access Manage the off-boarding process for account disabling Performs other duties as required Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior leaders / executives. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Dependable highly organized and very detail oriented. Ability to act independently and use discretionary judgment.

Extremely knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite of products, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of IT Systems Account Administration. Working knowledge of documentation functions of a medical device company preferred.
