Our Data Analyst position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future. How you’ll make an impact: Analytics & Modeling Build curated data sets and semantic models in Snowflake to enable self-service analytics. Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Reporting & Visualization Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders. Automate recurring reporting processes and integrate predictive indicators into business performance dashboards. Provide guidance on ad-hoc reporting and data interpretation for business analysts.
Technical governance Maintain our data pipeline, ensure proper testing of data models and metric Timely troubleshooting and bug-fixing of reports/pipelines Cross-Regional Collaboration Ensure consistency in analytics frameworks and reporting standards across regions. Act as a resource for regional teams, providing training and best practices in analytics and visualization. What you'll need: University degree and proven experience in analytics, data modeling, and data visualization, ideally in the medical device industry.
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Snowflake (or similar platforms), and Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in English. What else we look for: Experience in product ownership/product discovery is valuable.

For Italy: Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For Italy, the base pay range for this position is 40 000€ to 57 000€ (highly experienced), in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL Industria Chimico Farmaceutico).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on some objective criteria (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
