Contract Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

✓Draft and review multiple types of contract agreements;
✓Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy, and quality;
✓Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract files;
✓Negotiate and correspondence with subcontractors and clients;
✓Monitor contract compliance;
✓Assist with responding to client questionnaires as part of the vendor setup process and addressing legal related questions from clients;
✓Negotiates with customers to draw up client contracts: Negotiating, extensions, terminations, and renegotiating contracts;
✓Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance with contractual obligations;
✓Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with internal policy;

Basic Minimum Qualifications

✓Associate degree and at least two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Paralegal degree preferred.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
✓Knowledge of FAR & DFARS rules and regulations;
✓Experience in negotiation.
✓Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
