Our Downstream Marketing team at Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) builds trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders to ensure patients can benefit from life-changing innovations like the Cordella™ heart failure platform. The position will be responsible for developing and disseminating the messaging, and working closely with clinician leaders around the body of evidence to support and influence product and business unit development activities, competitive strategies, and educational/promotional materials for multiple high value product launches, programs, and initiatives in the business unit.

How you’ll make an impact: Develop and lead the strategy and execution of HCP engagement and clinical forums (peer to peer, speaker programs, thought leadership), including content development, facilitation, and follow-up to generate actionable clinical and commercial insights Own the clinical story and differentiated value proposition for Cordella, translating clinical evidence, current literature, and the competitive environment into clear, persuasive messaging for external audiences and the internal field team Drive the clinical evidence generation strategy for Cordella, bringing business and market insights (referral pathways, competitive gaps, unmet needs) to shape the evidence roadmap and prioritize the studies and data that most accelerate adoption Create high-impact content for speaker presentations, sales enablement tools, objection handlers, and referral-pathway materials, and lead end-to-end development of key sales trainings that translate clinical evidence into field-ready messaging Coordinate clinical data dissemination for key congresses, collaborating with Medical Affairs and the physician community to drive high-impact evidence that reinforces our leadership and expands access to Edwards therapies Lead specific projects related to development of educational material and digital downstream marketing materials Develop marketing messages, supported by evidence, based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements in partnership with stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs) Manage creation, approval, and delivery of clinical evidence-based marketing tools through all relevant Vault/MLR and legal/regulatory review processes to ensure timely, compliant approvals Evaluate key market dynamics, monitor competitive activity and emerging evidence, and provide recommendations of findings Other incidental duties. Attend key conferences to maintain market awareness What you'll need (Required): Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 10 years experience of work experience Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field, 8 years experience of related experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry What else we look for (Preferred): Demonstrated clinical/therapeutic-area background in heart failure or cardiovascular disease, with strong ability to interpret and message clinical studies and evidence Strong storytelling and content-development skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical data into clear, persuasive materials Proven successful project management skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience working with and developing content for KOLs, clinical forums, speaker programs, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives Familiarity with Veeva/Vault PromoMats and MLR review workflows Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Sales/Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Digital Marketing) Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives Possess strong clinical knowledge and experience of the clinical areas where Edwards’ products are used or intended to be used, and understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks Strict attention to detail and ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels, proactively escalating issues as appropriate Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to represent leadership on cross-functional projects within a specific area Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $139,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
