MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Lead the nationwide commercial launch and drive business growth of the first Biosimilar products to be launched in Vietnam – building a solid foundation for the long-term growth of Abbott's Biosimilar portfolio.

Build awareness and confidence among Health Care Professionals on the important role of biosimilars in improving patients' quality of life, securing HCPs' recommendation. Drive exceptional business goals, sales performance & targets in assigned territories nationwide. Report to: Head of Hospital Working Location: Ho Chi Minh MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES National Field Strategy & Execution Lead the development and execution of nationwide field strategies for Abbott's first Biosimilar products launched in Vietnam – ensuring alignment with brand objectives and consistent implementation across all territories.

Oversee territory planning and customer segmentation to optimize coverage, resource allocation, and engagement effectiveness for the newly launched biosimilar portfolio. Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories Establish and maintain close relationships with key accounts and hospitals to ensure company services meet their requirements, building HCP confidence in the recommendation and interchangeability of new portfolio.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare system changes to proactively adjust field tactics and maintain competitive advantage during the critical launch and growth phase. Ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing launch programs, providing clear guidance and support to teams for timely and impactful delivery. Support the Marketing department in developing the annual master plan and detailed marketing activities for new launch; execute assigned marketing programs to ensure field delivery of brand strategy and objectives.

Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure field activities are aligned with strategic brand positioning and scientific messaging on biosimilar efficacy and interchangeability. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive market penetration of first-to-market biosimilars in Vietnam. Translate long-term sales strategy into defined and quantifiable national objectives and execution plans for the biosimilar portfolio.

Anticipate changing market conditions and adapt performance metrics and field tactics to maintain growth momentum post-launch. Drive product visibility and adoption by orchestrating field activities – presentations, consultations, advocacy engagements – across hospitals, health centers, and community/consumer organizations (patient societies, elderly associations, maternal health groups) to widen reach of new portfolio. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and scientific understanding of new portfolio, including biosimilar science; ensure activities comply with the Company Business Code of Conduct and applicable local laws; support new biosimilar/biologic launches and strategic projects (e.g., P2W, geography expansion) as assigned by management .

Sales Performance Management Set and cascade national sales targets and performance programs for new portfolio to regional teams, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across the field force in support of launch priorities. Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging risks during the product launch phase, enabling data-driven decision-making. Drive field productivity through disciplined daily call execution, and continuous optimization of call effectiveness, conversion rates, and territory coverage; resolve product-related complaints promptly to safeguard customer trust.

Utilize the customer database to prepare weekly/monthly working plans, daily detailing call plans, and resource allocation for field teams; adapt plans and performance metrics to changing market conditions. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Address product-related issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES People & Performance Management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national field force team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strengthen the leadership capability of District FF Managers and the field capability of Key Account Executives; build a strong compliance and performance-driven culture within the team. Set and monitor individual and team performance targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-performance standards. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and succession development to ensure team readiness and scalability.

Promote continuous learning and capability building through training programs, field coaching, and best practice sharing. Ensure all team activities comply with the company’s Business Code of Conduct and local regulatory requirements, reinforcing a strong compliance culture across the field force.
