Job Description Primary Function/Purpose ⁃负责辖区内公司产品在临床的学术推广工作。 ⁃执行公司的产品策略及业务活动，并达成公司的目标。 ⁃在劳动合同期内，公司可能会根据经营情况、管理需要等因素调整员工负责产品或所在产品组。 Key Responsibilities ⁃向医疗卫生机构工作人员传递药品相关信息 ⁃向医疗卫生机构工作人员沟通，协助合理使用药品 ⁃收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息 ⁃能够完成公司制定的辖区内业务计划； ⁃依法合规开展与当地客户的学术推广活动，开拓潜在的医院渠道客户，并对既有的客户进行规范的药品信息传递、沟通、反馈等药品学术推广活动； ⁃能够准确地向目标客户提供药物的特点、疗效及注意事项等资料信息； ⁃充分了解市场状态及时向公司反馈市场信息并做出适当建议； ⁃适应团队建设，积极参与和配合跨部门的合作； ⁃为公司树立良好的专业形象；对公司商业秘密做到保密。 注：上述Primary Function/Purpose和Key Responsibilities的要求以及具体适用的各类目标、要求等的满足与否，将成为员工是否胜任工作的评估维度。 Qualification/Requirements ⁃全日制本科学历，符合《医药代表管理办法》（包括其不时修订的更新版本）要求的医学、药学或相关专业； ⁃有相关领域产品的学术推广经验优先； ⁃有新产品上市的学术推广经验优先； ⁃较好的学术推广能力和大客户管理能力； ⁃较好的业务规划和解决问题能力。 ⁃过往无合规问题、违纪、违法违规行为记录或因此受到处罚、处分、行业禁入（包括但不限于行政处罚、医药价格和招采信用评价相关制度项下的失信行为、医药代表备案平台公示记录、司法裁判等） ⁃持续符合《医药代表管理办法》（包括其不时修订的更新版本）要求的医药代表从业条件、备案资格以及取得并维持医药代表备案有效性，属于该岗位的录用条件及持续履职条件。 Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
