Field Service Engineer Location(s) Shanghai Job Description Perform on-site installation ,commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance for GC,GC-MS,LC,LC-MS instruments. Complete an average of 6 service work orders per week, deliver1-3 main instrument units per month. Identify and generate consumable sales leads during customer site visits Maintain good technical communication with customers,ensure high customer satisfaction.
Complete service reports timely,feedback field product issures back to internal team
