About Oath Africa
Oath Africa is a science-driven agricultural company leveraging soil biology, microbes, and plant-based innovation to address some of the world’s most urgent challenges — climate resilience, food security, and the transition to sustainable agriculture.
Through farmer-first, execution-focused partnerships, Oath Africa deploys science-backed soil inoculant solutions designed to improve soil health, increase crop yields, strengthen farmer livelihoods, and build long-term agricultural resilience across Africa. Our approach meets farmers where they are, building practical and scalable solutions from the ground up.
At Oath, we believe healthier soils create healthier ecosystems and stronger communities. By combining scientific research with on-the-ground implementation, we are helping create a more sustainable future for the next generation.
When you join Oath Africa, you become part of a collaborative network dedicated to innovation, impact, and sustainable development. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly trained scientists, operators, and problem-solvers committed to transforming agriculture across the continent.
