About This Role: As a Material Review Coordinator on the GBS Material Review Team, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the material review process at both the regional and affiliate levels. You will partner with Material Owners across various functions and regions, as well as with external agencies, to plan future material creation and reviews. By providing operational support and expertise on metadata input, you'll ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the review process.
Your collaboration with Biogen’s Material Review Librarians and Veeva Vault InSCite users will aid in the creation and localization of marketing and medical materials. This role is essential in maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with regional and local regulations, thus directly contributing to the business's operational excellence and strategic goals. What You’ll Do: Drive the material review process at regional and affiliate levels, ensuring efficient communication for localization.
Onboard and coordinate training for new team members on the materials review and localization process. Partner with Material Owners and external agencies to optimize and plan material reviews. Track key metrics and analyze data to report on the material review process through dashboards and periodic reports.
Collaborate with BPO and IT Support teams to propose system enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Testing. Maintain and monitor quality of assets in Veeva Vault InSCite. Act as a point of contact for Material Owners, guiding them through creation, updates, and localization processes.
Support alignment of taxonomy and metadata across company stakeholders and establish KPIs. Ensure all training materials, guidelines, and work instructions are up to date and compliant. Facilitate interactions with regional teams, ensuring efficient material review processes.

Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or Internationally recognized qualification related to service area.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling material review processes for a multinational pharmaceutical company or creative agency. Proficiency in using electronic tools like Veeva Vault for content management. Demonstrated familiarity with metadata standards and classifying systems.
Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills: Project management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services delivering relevant services to an international client base.
