Position Summary You will be responsible for public accounts activities to secure access for our portfolio in government and public healthcare settings across assigned territory.
You will build trusted relationships with public buyers, manage tenders and contracts, and work closely with cross-functional teams. We value people who are collaborative, curious, and accountable. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Support/ Manage end-to-end tender and contract processes for public institutions, including bid preparation, submission, and post-award execution. Build and maintain trusted relationships with government buyers, hospital procurement teams, and other public healthcare stakeholders.
Work with commercial, supply chain, regulatory and finance teams to ensure timely fulfilment and reconciliation of orders and payments. Support/ Develop pricing and access proposals that balance affordability and commercial sustainability. Monitor policy, procurement and reimbursement changes.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all public account activities. Why You?

Basic /Mandatory Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in public/tender/govt account management within healthcare or life sciences. Proven experience managing tenders, contracts or public procurement processes. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Good commercial and analytical skills, including basic Excel proficiency. High standards of compliance and ethical behaviour. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus MBA or advanced degree in health policy, pharmacy, business or related field.
Existing network of contacts in government hospitals, procurement agencies or health departments. Experience coordinating cross-functional launch activities for public sector accounts. Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular travel and field engagement.
