Labcorp is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Reconciliation Center (Data Revision) to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Work Schedule 40hrs a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift Job Responsibilities The Associate Manager, Data Reconciliation Center (Data Revision), is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of a Data Revision team to ensure the timely delivery and completion of revisions in alignment with globally defined processes, standards, and service models.
The role focuses on successful implementation of the global data transmission strategy, structures, processes, and metrics in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. The position operates within a global framework established by leadership outside India, and partners with internal stakeholders to support delivery of services in accordance with established service levels and quality standards. People Responsibilities : Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team members including but not limited to: Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed-upon service levels.
Manage the workload balance within their team and participate in resource management across all global teams. Ensure the consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs. Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Data Management objectives.
Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate. Initiate educational sessions with team members and others as needed. Ensure consistency and implementation of global processes and procedures.
Conduct timely performance review and monthly meetings to provide feedback to employees. Manage delivery KPIs and implementation and execution of initiatives defined by senior leadership. Coach and mentor team members for implementation of Individual Development Plans.
Establish cross-functional mechanisms to increase communication, accountability, and understanding of deliverables globally/locally Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life science Preferred Qualifications 7 - 10 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a clinical/laboratory environment 3 - 5 years of experience in people management. Additional Job Standards: Manage the overall workload distribution of their team members. Manage day-to-day project-related activities with team members.
Liaise with Global Stakeholders and Sponsor Specific Data Managers for on time delivery. Accountable for implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics and for taking corrective action when appropriate. Accountable for the overall review of the clinical data specifications to ensure feasibility, making appropriate recommendations and advice to the stakeholders/customer and Labcorp personnel, including assigned Account Executive(s) (if applicable).
Ensure the seamless integration of the global clinical data management services (if applicable). Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity. Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all complaints, issues and concerns for assigned customers/stakeholders.
Ensure all customer/stakeholders' expectations are documented and acted upon when appropriate.
