Access to global benefits via https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits What you will do: Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of routine and preventive maintenance activities within the Routine Maintenance Department, ensuring optimal timing, resource allocation, and minimal disruption to operations Maintain, control, and optimize the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and management of all routine and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure data integrity, system usability, and alignment with departmental and organizational standards Ensure engineering systems and assets operate reliably and efficiently by proactively identifying maintenance needs, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for system improvement.
Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance execution and alignment with operational priorities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding schedules, priorities, and potential impacts on operations. Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning, MMS usage, and overall maintenance efficiency.
Generate and analyze maintenance reports to support decision-making and demonstrate performance against KPIs. What we are looking for: Expertise in planning, coordinating, and optimizing routine and preventive maintenance activities. Strong knowledge of MMS tools for tracking, reporting, and managing maintenance work.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication for reporting, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyze maintenance metrics, generate reports, and use insights for decision-making and continuous improvement. Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance maintenance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
