The Position Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) is a Roche cross-functional and cross-divisional network of master data specialists and subject-matter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure high-quality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations, data analytics and digitalization. The Opportunity In the Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement.

In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements, and will support the whole data maintenance related queries - including data quality, lifecycle management and monitoring. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Lead - Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Partner domain regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions.

Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain organizations. Data Migration & Lifecycle Management: Lead supplier data cleansing, deduplication, load file verification, and migration sign-off, alongside managing ongoing data quality and data lifecycle processes. Process Analysis, Optimization & Automation: Analyze current business and system workflows to redesign procedures, evaluate automation opportunities, and develop business cases for system upgrades.

Incident Management & Technical Collaboration: Deliver 2nd-level user support using ITIL prioritization to resolve incidents for Roche Affiliates and global IT, translating business needs into technical solutions. Documentation & Audit Compliance: Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and user guides while ensuring internal audit control (ICFR) management. Training & Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs—including delta updates—utilizing both Train-the-Trainer and end-user models.

Project Management & Execution: Lead, coordinate, and participate in local RSS projects while collaborating on global initiatives. Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Partner closely with internal affiliates, regional and global IT departments, and external vendors to streamline business partner supplier operations.
