Job Overview This position will put you at the forefront of Patient Safety. As a MI agent you will have daily direct contact with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients (the very people we are working to help), this is a highly visible and important role within IQVIA and essential to our core goal of patient safety. You will perform key medical information call center services and process safety and product quality information to help optimize the safety profiles of products across various therapeutic areas.

This role requires fluency in English; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include receiving and documenting incoming telephone calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting Lifecycle Safety Data. Additional responsibilities include: MI mailbox triage Translation of content where necessary. Receiving and documenting incoming calls, voicemails, chats, faxes, and emails from external customers such as patients and/or healthcare providers and responding to their enquiries about products.
Summarizing these reports based on information identified as vital to the project. Triage, identify and transfer out of scope inquiries to local point of contact, as provided by the client. Disseminate clear, accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients based on the approved call scripts and/or other approved resources related to the use of client products.
Creating Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reports requiring concise data entry covering everything from patient symptoms, admission, and results – this may include medical terminology, writing narratives, generating case queries Clarify, confirm, and capture adverse event and product quality information.
