Job Description: Senior Manager, Value & Access and Public Affairs, Oncology Location: São Paulo, Brazil At Ipsen, we are committed to creating meaningful impact for patients and society. As we continue to expand our Oncology portfolio in Brazil, we are looking for a strategic and influential leader to drive market access, public affairs and policy engagement, ensuring patients have timely access to innovative therapies.

The Opportunity As Senior Manager, Value & Access and Public Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the external healthcare environment, leading market access strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of policy, access and business strategy to support Ipsen’s growth and improve outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute integrated Value & Access and Public Affairs strategies aligned with business priorities.

Drive market access initiatives, including reimbursement strategies, health technology assessments and value demonstration. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare authorities, policymakers, payers, professional associations and other external stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Communications, Legal, Compliance and Commercial teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Monitor healthcare policy and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks in a rapidly evolving environment. Represent Ipsen in industry forums, policy discussions and stakeholder engagements. What You'll Bring Proven experience in Market Access, Value & Access, Public Affairs, Government Relations or Health Policy within the pharmaceutical industry or broader healthcare sector.

Strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system, reimbursement environment and stakeholder landscape. Experience influencing complex external environments and engaging senior decision-makers. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
