Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ The Kit Assembly Technical Associate is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated equipment in the Kit Assembly.

Your Tasks: - Must comprehend and perform automated and manual assembly tasks in accordance with relevant regulations and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). - Adhere to and accurately complete all production-related documentation. - Responsible for the setup, trouble shooting, repairing, operating and monitoring automated production equipment, cartridge filling equipment and other process related equipment. - Assists in the setup, verification and preparation of production related materials and maintaining lab equipment. - Contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives. - Contribute to and support department/corporate goals. - Responsible for ensuring on-going compliance to applicable quality and EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, US FDA, MDD, IVDD, INDR, EU-PSHA, OSHA, etc.) Your Profile: - High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related work experience, or an AA degree with relevant experience. - Strong technical background required with previous automated filling experience preferred which includes but not limited to equipment set up, operation, troubleshooting, monitoring and performing minor repairs. - Proficient at using manual, semi-automated/automated laboratory and production equipment. - Work safely, efficiently and effectively in a team oriented environment. - General understanding of FDA and cGMP practices is preferred. - In-depth knowledge of job tasks and can perform tasks with minimal supervision. - Experience navigating HMI screens preferred. - Possess strong organizational and problem solving skills. - Basic mathematical skills are required . - May require handling/working with potentially bio-hazardous and / or chemically hazardous materials. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods of time. - Must actively participate in cross training initiatives and support other departments as needed. - Dependable / Reliable / Punctual - Detail oriented - Highly motivated - Team player The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21/hour. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
