Role reports to: E2E Tampon Network Planning Manager Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, France, Grand Est, Sézanne Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Job Description Job Title Bulk Production Planner Reports To E2E Tampon Network Planning Manager SUMMARY The Bulk Production Planner develops and optimizes bulk production plans across the Tampon Network to ensure product availability, capacity utilization, inventory targets, and service continuity. The role connects manufacturing sites of Sezanne and Wuppertal, E2E planners, schedulers, procurement, quality, logistics, and regional supply chain teams to balance demand, capacity, inventory, service, and cost. The position is accountable for balancing demand requirements, production capacities, inventories, and service objectives while identifying risks and driving mitigation plans to support business continuity and network efficiency.

The role also manages the Out-of-Region portfolio and supports STEM, S&OP, capacity planning, business planning, and network optimization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Production & Capacity Planning Develop, maintain, and optimize medium- and long-term bulk production plans within manufacturing constraints. Translate demand requirements into executable production plans while respecting manufacturing constraints.

Balance production loads across assets and facilities and maintain MPS activities for assigned product families. Perform capacity and utilization analyses and support annual business and capacity planning. Inventory Management Manage bulk inventory to support service, financial, and operational objectives.

Monitor inventory health and recommend actions to avoid shortages, excess, obsolete inventory, and service impacts. Support inventory strategy execution and working capital optimization. Risk Management & Scenario Planning Proactively identify supply risks from capacity, quality, materials, master data, manufacturing disruptions, and portfolio changes.

Develop mitigation plans, escalate critical risks, and run scenarios to support decisions. Conduct scenario planning and simulations to support decision-making. Evaluate the impact of network changes, new product introductions, and portfolio transitions on production plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MRP, Procurement, Master Data, Warehouse, Logistics, and E2E Planning teams. Participate in S&OP and communicate constraints, risks, and recovery plans. Support network projects, product transfers, capacity expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Out-of-Region (OOR) Portfolio Planning Own end-to-end supply planning for the designated OOR portfolio, aligning EMEA manufacturing sites and receiving regions. Translate regional demand into executable production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, service, inventory, and cost. Monitor OOR supply risks, including capacity, material, quality, transport, master data, and lifecycle constraints.

Support inter-regional S&OP, product transfers, portfolio rationalization, and new product introductions impacting OOR flows. Own interregional STEM process for EMEA part. Drive improvements to increase supply flexibility, reduce lead times, improve forecast responsiveness, and optimize inventory positioning.

Systems & Analytics Maintain planning data accuracy across Compass, OMP, SAP, and BPCS. Generate performance, inventory, capacity, and service reports and run planning simulations. Drive data quality and planning process improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Service: OTIFD for EMEA and OOR portfolio Bulk Inventory target adherence and Days of Supply (DOS) MPS and Production Plan Adherence (Bulk SA) SLOB reduction and Working Capital optimization Capacity utilization and proactive constraint management Out-of-Region (OOR) supply plan accuracy and service performance Planning master data accuracy (lead times, MOQs, planning parameters) Timely identification, escalation, and mitigation of supply risks Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives supporting service, inventory, and cost objectives REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in Supply, Production, Manufacturing, or Network Planning, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Health, Medical Devices, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production, inventory, and capacity planning in matrix and multinational environments.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and planning system proficiency. TECHNICAL SKILLS Preferred knowledge of: Compass, OMP, SAP ERP, BPCS, scenario planning, and capacity modeling. CORE COMPETENCIES Analytical problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results, challenge the status quo, and lead continuous improvement. KEY INTERFACES Manufacturing Operations (MAKE), Detailed Scheduling, E2E Planning, MRP, Master Data, Quality, Warehouse & Logistics.
