Marketing Manager Join Celltrion and lead the marketing strategy for a growing portfolio of biosimilar products. The Romanian affiliate has been established in 2022 and since then we are growing steadily.
Our office is in the north of Bucharest, in Floreasca Business Park. We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven Marketing Manager to support the growth and success of our biosimilar portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical marketer who enjoys developing winning brand strategies, leading product launches, and transforming market insights into business growth.
As Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in maximizing portfolio performance, strengthening market presence, and expanding patient access to innovative therapies. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you will help shape and execute the strategies that drive our business forward. Key responsibilities Strategic Marketing: Develop annual brand strategies and tactical plans, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to spot growth opportunities, define positioning and key messaging, and adjust tactics based on performance to hit sales and market share goals.
Product Launch Excellence: Lead new product launch planning and execution, build readiness plans with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams, create promotional materials, and track KPIs to optimize outcomes. Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data, market research, and industry trends, evaluate competitor risks and opportunities, deliver insights to management, and prepare forecasts for annual business planning. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Execute KOL engagement strategies, organize scientific meetings, advisory boards, and congress events, translate customer insights into action, and drive initiatives that boost brand awareness and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, support demand forecasting and inventory planning, align local activities with regional/global strategies, and lead cross-functional projects. Budget Management: Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditures for optimal resource allocation, evaluate marketing ROI, and manage external agency and vendor relationships. What we're looking for Experience Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with a successful track record in brand management.
Proven experience leading or supporting product launches within a multinational pharmaceutical company. Experience in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and/or Dermatology therapeutic areas is highly preferred. Previous experience in an international pharmaceutical company in a similar role.
Qualifications & Skills University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in Romanian and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
