The Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing plays a critical role in helping the organisation attract and engage top talent across key business areas.
This position partners closely with the TA leadership team and business leaders to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage qualified talent across assigned functions, geographies, and business units.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and critical talent requirements. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, networking, research, and talent engagement activities. Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, social media, referrals, and industry events.
Analyse talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and workforce insights to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions. Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence exercises to identify emerging talent pools and key industry talent. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing processes, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development and implementation of employer branding and talent attraction strategies in partnership with recruitment marketing teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, HR, DE&I, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent attraction objectives. Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and market intelligence data within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
Monitor sourcing metrics and pipeline health, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field required. Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment sourcing, executive search, or workforce planning. Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple functions and talent segments. Strong expertise in candidate identification, talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development.
Experience utilising sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labour market data, recruitment metrics, and workforce trends. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build credibility and establish strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. Preferred: • Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industry environments • Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodologies and category management practices • Experience using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) • Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and process improvements • Experience working in global or regional sourcing environments • Exposure to supplier risk management and sustainability practices Other: Travel up to 10-20%, primarily regional.
Professional certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, CIR, or similar talent acquisition credentials preferred.
