The Position The Opportunity As a Learning Partner at Roche, you will utilize your adult learning expertise to partner with senior business leaders to drive the development, execution, and evaluation of innovative learning strategies and solutions. You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with either regional or functional partners across the organization to act as their primary point of contact.
By applying your deep business acumen, you will support learning programs and portfolios from end-to-end. You will drive the development and execution of innovative learning methodologies to create meaningful learning outcomes that truly stand out and make a global impact. Key responsibilities: Cultivate Partnerships: Create and cultivate strong strategic partnerships with key senior global business stakeholders.
Drive Strategy: Develop and support the execution of short- and long-term learning strategies aligned with business goals. Provide Strategic Leadership: Offer subject matter expertise in adult learning and guide the end-to-end leadership of complex learning projects and programs. Manage Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact within Global Learning Services (GLS) to ensure seamless support for LMS administration, instructional design, and event management.
Continuous Improvement: Lead change management strategies and drive continuous improvements to increase productivity and quality across the PSS network. Coach Leaders: Guide Roche leaders on the application of non-training performance solutions, such as job aids, knowledge management, coaching, and lean process improvement. Measure Impact: Deploy data collection solutions to measure and improve the effectiveness and business value of learning programs.
Who you are Educational Background: University degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Human Resources, Organization Development, Project Management, or an equivalent field. An advanced degree or certification in Adult Learning is preferred. Professional Experience: 5–10+ years of combined project management and adult learning consultant experience in a global environment (prior consulting or professional services experience is preferred).
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across a highly matrixed, global organisation without direct authority. Methodologies & Tools: Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile development methodologies, rapid prototyping, and experience with cloud-based learning management solutions (such as Cornerstone) is preferred. Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities balancing speed and quality.
Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin are a plus).
