In this national role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing strategic partnerships with home healthcare providers (Prestataires de Santé à Domicile, PSAD), helping expand access to Tandem's innovative diabetes solutions while supporting better outcomes for people living with diabetes. Reporting to the Country Manager, France, you'll combine strategic account management, commercial leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable business growth across the French market.

A DAY IN THE LIFE: As our Key Account Manager (PSAD), you'll lead strategic commercial partnerships with home healthcare providers across France, helping shape Tandem's continued growth and success in the diabetes market. You'll make a difference by: Building trusted, long-term partnerships with key PSAD organisations across France.
Developing and executing strategic account plans that support sustainable growth and customer success. Acting as the primary strategic contact for assigned accounts and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships. Driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and business development objectives across your portfolio.
Leading commercial negotiations and managing contractual agreements that create value for both customers and Tandem. Using market intelligence, customer insights, and business data to identify new growth opportunities. Monitoring account performance through KPIs, forecasting, business reviews, and performance analysis.
Preparing and presenting insightful business reviews and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting successful patient care pathways through close collaboration with PSAD organisations and healthcare professionals. Coordinating educational initiatives and training programmes for healthcare teams and PSAD nursing staff.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across partner organisations. Collaborating with Customer Diabetes Support Services (CDSS), Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Facilitating governance meetings, strategic planning discussions, and operational reviews with partner organisations.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercial and operational effectiveness. Maintaining a strong patient-first mindset while ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. This role offers significant autonomy and national responsibility, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
EXTRA AWESOME: We're excited to hear from candidates who bring: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred). Proven experience in Key Account Management, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or a related healthcare environment.
Fluent French and professional-level English. Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements. Strong understanding of the French healthcare environment and the home healthcare provider (PSAD) landscape.
Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and navigating complex healthcare systems. Diabetes market experience (highly desirable). Strong commercial acumen, including account planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. A strategic mindset coupled with strong execution capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with diabetes. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
