Job Overview: As an Associate Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients. You will assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively. Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Support the development and implementation of client service strategies. Managing client-requested services on an ongoing basis, including the preparation and delivery of databases and reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in client service or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 79 000,00 zł - 146 700,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
