As a Sales Consultant specializing in Cardio Metabolic Health, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share of Eli Lilly Canada Inc.'s innovative product portfolio within the Moncton and Northern New Brunswick territory.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide scientific and clinical information, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. At Lilly Canada, sales consultant positions are structured into three levels based on the candidates experience, background, and qualifications. For transparency, the ranges for this position are: • Associate Sales Consultant: $75,000 - $110,00 • Sales Consultant: $86,250 - $126,500 • Sr Sales Consultant: $102,000 - $149,600 This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Sales Incentive Program and a car allowance.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets for assigned cardio metabolic health products. Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key healthcare professionals (physicians, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, etc.) in hospitals, clinics, and other relevant healthcare settings.

Effectively communicate complex scientific and clinical information about Eli Lilly products and disease states to healthcare professionals. Conduct product presentations and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals. Analyze territory data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical, market access) to ensure a coordinated approach to territory management. Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.

Manage territory budget and resources effectively. Ability to leverage AI tools and maximize omnichannel channels, like digital tools to improve a process, enhance a customer experience Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a life science, business, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular, metabolic, or diabetes therapeutic areas.

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence prescribing decisions. Demonstrated understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical market. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Residency within the Moncton/Northern NB territory or willingness to relocate. Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.

The anticipated wage for this position is $75,000 - $149,600 Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
