Your Role

At the intersection of global strategy and local impact, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape how talent grows across a science and technology company operating at a global scale. As a Talent & Learning Partner, you will serve as the critical bridge between global talent and learning strategy and the realities of six regional clusters — Germany, China, the US, EMEA, APAC, and the Americas — ensuring that world-class programs land with consistency, relevance, and measurable impact. You will co-shape global solutions by bringing cluster perspectives to the table, adapt program rollouts to local realities without compromising the integrity of the core design, and act as a trusted advisor to HR communities, critical talents, and senior leaders on all talent-related topics.

In this role, you will

  • Roll out global talent and learning strategy, standards, and solutions across six clusters, ensuring consistency in high potential management, succession management, and learning.
  • Identify critical positions for cross-sector mobility at the cluster level, drive alignment across sectors, and facilitate cross-sector movement.
  • Build and strengthen internal succession pipelines for cluster-level critical positions in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
  • Act as a dedicated talent advisor to the top 20 to 30 identified critical talents in the cluster, maintaining individualized connections, driving development actions, and supporting navigation through talent and learning resources.
  • Build visibility and exposure for cluster-level critical talents through local and global talent activities, fostering cross-sector career moves and maintaining a searchable talent pool.
  • Use data to diagnose talent development gaps, engage stakeholders to design and deliver targeted solutions, and measure impact.
  • Own the cluster learning portfolio design, ensuring alignment with global strategy, and lead customized learning solution design and implementation across all six clusters.
  • Advise on the rollout of Global Development Week across all six clusters.

Who You Are

Basic / Minimum Qualifications

  • Led projects across a matrixed, cross-functional environment with demonstrated delivery of results
  • Designed or implemented change management initiatives in a regional or global organizational context
  • Facilitated workshops, training sessions, or talent programs for diverse, cross-cultural audiences
  • Applied AI tools or technologies in a professional context, including awareness of ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, or data privacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience working across multiple global clusters or regions within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels and geographies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across cultures
  • Coaching certification or demonstrated coaching experience with senior professionals.
  • Familiarity with talent technology platforms and learning management systems.
  • Genuine curiosity about people’s careers and development, with strong listening skills and a human-centered approach.
