- ✓What You'll Do?
As a Cash Applications Intern, you will support the Accounts Receivable team by helping ensure customer payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities may include:
- ✓Apply incoming customer payments to accounts accurately and on time.
- ✓Assist with reconciling bank transactions, customer remittances, and account balances.
- ✓Investigate and help resolve payment discrepancies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- ✓Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
- ✓Support month-end and routine accounts receivable activities as needed.
- ✓Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- ✓Learn and follow established financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- ✓Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- ✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- ✓Basic understanding of accounting or financial principles.
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- ✓Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- ✓Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- ✓Previous internship, academic project, or work experience related to finance, accounting, or business operations.
- ✓Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or financial reconciliations.
