Intern-Clinpath Labcorp is seeking an Intern-Clinpath to join our team at in Shanghai , China Internship Details: Duration : 30 weeks, full-time/Onsite Dates of Internship : Oct2026 – Jun 2027 Compensation : Paid internship Eligibility : Final-year students who are expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred.

About Team: Shanghai Clinical Pathology Services (CPS) carries out health assessments based on the laboratory examination of bodily fluids like blood and urine using a number of analytical methods. Clinical pathology at LabCorp evaluates drug safety and supports preclinical research.
The CPS laboratory scientist has an in-depth understanding of clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urine analysis, employing some of the most cutting-edge diagnostic technology for animals. We can typically analyze 200–300 samples each day, including pharmacology, DMPK and toxicological samples. However, this can change depending on how much research we have going at once and how sophisticated it is.
Students will gain real-world experience working as part of a drug development team in the laboratory. Understands quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting. The intern will be exposed to pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects of the department workflow and the applications of various assays.
Instruction and mentorship will be provided. At the end of training, the student will do a presentation to fulfill his/her understanding in the project assignment. Internship Assignment Summary: This program will provide students with valuable hands-on experience and students will gain clinical experience working in the laboratory of a drug development company.

Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Medical Laboratory Science, Biology or Chemistry Bachelor's degree program. 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Able to organize data and documents effectively.
Additional Job Standards: Good organization and multitasking ability. Able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal/written communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
