The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. In this role, you will act as the Quality Control (QC) Project Lead for customer programs, ensuring that QC activities are aligned with project objectives, manufacturing schedules, and customer expectations.
You will serve as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating analytical activities, managing risks, and driving execution in a fast-paced GMP-regulated environment. Coordinate and drive QC deliverables to support project milestones, manufacturing schedules, and customer timelines. Act as the bridge between laboratories, QA, Production, MSAT, and project teams to enable effective decision-making and execution. Manage QC-related risks, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls in accordance with GMP requirements.
Represent QC during customer interactions, audits, inspections, and cross-functional project meetings. Provide clear visibility on project priorities, analytical scope, timelines, and associated costs. Ensure customer requirements are met while balancing compliance, quality standards, and business objectives.
Drive proactive communication and issue resolution to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes, efficiency, and operational excellence. What we are looking for: Degree (MSc,with experience or a PhD) in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or another life sciences discipline.
Experience in Quality Control, Analytics, Manufacturing Support, or a related GMP-regulated environment, ideally within biologics. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to understand analytical testing requirements and translate them into project deliverables and priorities. Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proven ability to prioritize effectively and drive execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
