The Global Access (GA) organization is a key part of this mission. We are seeking a dedicated Access Evidence Lead to join our RWE and Post-Launch pod, a specialized team focused on ensuring our medicines remain accessible to patients throughout their entire lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to shape and sustain the value of our in-market medicines through evidence as an individual contributor in a dual-responsibility role.
The Opportunity RWE Strategy & Execution: Identify critical launch and post-launch evidence gaps, design robust RWE studies to fill them, and collaborate closely with global and affiliate colleagues on study design, execution, and dissemination of results. HTA Deliverable Management: Take ownership of and update core global HTA deliverables—including cost-effectiveness models (CEMs), budget impact models (BIMs), systematic literature reviews (SLRs), indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs), and Global Value Dossiers (GVDs)—for established medicines (2-3 years after launch). Affiliate Partnership: Act as the primary technical partner for affiliates in later-launching countries or those facing access re-negotiations, providing hands-on support to update HTA deliverables to meet specific needs and assisting with answering technical questions from HTA bodies and payers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues across Global Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Product Development Data, Real-World Data, and affiliates to deliver integrated evidence solutions in a highly collaborative, global matrix environment. Technical Expertise: Serve as a strategic expert and subject-matter expert on the application of RWE for market access and on updating HTA deliverables for lifecycle management to ensure continued patient access. Who You Are Education: You hold a Master's or doctoral-level degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD) in a quantitative discipline such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a health technology assessment agency, or a HEOR consultancy. Hands-on Expertise: You have demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RWE studies for market access, developing/adapting health economic models (CEMs, BIMs), conducting SLRs/ITCs, and supporting HTA submissions while responding to questions from HTA bodies. Technical & Soft Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, proficiency with relevant software (e.g., R for statistical analysis; MS Excel including VBA for economic modeling), and are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
