The (Senior) Study Start Up Associate role supports clinical trial execution and site readiness across APAC, with responsibility for trial capabilities activities such as site activation, regulatory and ethics approvals, budget/contract execution, clinical finance, records management, site training, and inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities Support clinical trial start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities to ensure sites are ready to enroll participants. Coordinate clinical trial authorizations, ethics submissions, budgets, contracts, investigator payments, and other finance-related processes. Provide local support to complement centralized Taiwan SSU Centre activities and ensure alignment with local requirements.

Maintain inspection readiness by ensuring compliance with GCP, local/regional requirements, sponsor procedures, and TMF ownership expectations. For Senior Associate level, manage high-priority or complex studies, oversee submission status, coach junior team members, and act as SME for payment/process improvement topics. Required Experience / Skills SSUA: at least 1 year of clinical trial or relevant experience preferred.

Senior SSUA: at least 3 years of clinical trial or relevant experience preferred. Strong understanding of site activation, regulatory/ethics submission, contract/budget, finance, and inspection readiness processes. Must have initial site contract experience.

Ability to work with regional teams and provide local operational support. Education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific, medical, or health-related field.
