Main responsibilities: Implement the Global Launch Excellence Framework in Czechia, defining critical success factors, pre- and post-launch KPIs, and timelines to ensure a successful local launch. Lead pre-launch and launch planning for Type 1 Diabetes in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive execution of the local launch strategy for a first-in-class immunology treatment, partnering with Medical, Commercial, Public Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory teams to align and track core launch activities. Co-develop a multi-factorial stakeholder engagement strategy to connect with HCPs, KOLs, patient advocacy groups, payers, and scientific societies. Identify opportunities to enhance screening, monitoring, and treatment readiness, including new digital health solutions and funding initiatives.

Localise global messaging and materials to build a compelling narrative around screening and treatment in the Czech market. Manage the local commercial launch budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and regular reporting to senior management. Develop the annual brand plan and lead sales force management post-launch.

About you 3–5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales, including developing therapeutic area strategy and launching new disease areas or drug classes. Proven experience delivering launches in new, green-field therapy areas; global launch experience in Specialty Care or Rare Disease preferred. Strong planning and PMO skills, with the ability to simplify and lead complex, fast-moving programs.

Solid medical and market access acumen, with experience engaging external customers and contributing to brand plans. Experience developing data-driven solutions, including AI, and a deep understanding of care pathway operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and the ability to build strong relationships across a matrix organisation.

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with an additional qualification in a related field such as life sciences or medicine. Full professional proficiency in English and Czech. Why choose us?

The salary range for this position is :Kč1 416 240,00 - Kč2 124 360,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
