Job Title Senior Manufacturing Technician Location(s) Taicang (Suzhou) Job Description The Senior Manufacturing Technician is responsible for instrument assembly and testing following work instructions to support production tasks, as well as supporting new‑project transfer activities.
Responsibilities & Qualifications Include: According to the working instructions and production plan to assemble & test & Debug instruments and make record. Can competent any job as assigned by leader. Implementation of 5S in the work area, visual management according to the requirement.
Ensure production process quality, to make suggestion from quality pespective Assist with leader to coordiante the training to the new employee. Make improvement suggestions on problems found during the production process Required work experience related to position M in 2 years instrument assembly/test experience. Be familiar with assembly drawings, be able to assemble parts according to the drawing.
Be familiar with simple pneumatic and hydraulic principle. Be familiar with caliper, micrometer, height gauge, multimeter etc. Be familiar with MS office.
Teamwork, pro-active, good communication skills. To understand easy written English. This role requires periodic overseas training assignments for NPI transfer.
