Your new role As Manager in Supply Operations, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations in Blue and Green Supply, a key part of production that delivers clean and sterilized equipment to all users inside the classified areas in DPM Bagsværd. Your team will consist of up to 20 associates.
The Supply area consists of 3 teams in total, each with its own manager. Working closely with these colleagues, but also with other managers and teams across production and support functions, you will ensure stable operations and drive continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities include: · Leading the daily operations with responsibility for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance · Developing, coaching, and engaging your team through visible leadership and regular feedback · Planning staffing, training, and resource allocation · Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a culture of operational excellence · Managing unexpected operational challenges and ensuring robust decision-making · Coordinating shutdown planning and execution within your area of responsibility · Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver business objectives Your new department Supply & Formulation Operations is part of Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) in Bagsværd.
Our team consists of just over 100 colleagues (managers, operators and apprentices) who work closely together across functions to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations while continuously improving the way we work. You will become part of an experienced leadership team where personal involvement, authenticity, balance, empathy, harmony, and safety are highly valued. Your skills and qualifications To succeed in this role, you likely have: An academic degree in a STEM discipline, engineering, science, management, or a related field.
Alternatively, substantial experience in operations combined with leadership training. Experience from manufacturing, operations or quality assurance within a GMP-regulated environment. LEAN experience and training are required.
As a minimum, internal candidates are expected to have been a part of one of the early leadership programs offered by Novo. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Fluency in Danish and good command of English.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
