Candidates for this position can be located in either Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL, Hybrid schedule required (Tues-Thurs in office).
The Marketing Manager I/II, Psychiatry – HCP plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies, resources, and programs that support access pull-through and communicate differentiated coverage and patient support. This role will help accelerate the growth of our Psychiatry franchise in Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar I Disorder.
The successful candidate will manage a broad portfolio of communications across digital, field, and print channels. This position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, field and cross-functional collaboration, creative stewardship, operational execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies, programs, and resources that are innovative and actionable to maintain leading access perceptions, educate stakeholders around coverage and access, and meet Psychiatry business objectives
- ✓Develop messaging and resources to educate HCPs and Consumers on differentiated quality of coverage, local access dynamics, and affordability support
- ✓Partner closely with the sales force and sales leadership to understand, prioritize, and address resource needs that support effective and strategic market access pull-through
- ✓Collaborate with brand team members, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to non-personal promotion programs and evaluate their effectiveness
- ✓Manage agency partners in the development of new marketing materials and the enhancement of existing resources
- ✓Serve as the brand team point of contact and strategic partner to the Patient Services team in the continued evolution of new patient care model
- ✓Identify strategic opportunities and lead the development and execution of tactics as a part of annual Brand Planning process
- ✓Develop messaging and campaign measurement plans, monitor performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities to achieve brand objectives
- ✓Proactively identify business challenges and develop creative, innovative, and practical solutions.
- ✓Manage the marketing budget for assigned areas of responsibility, including planning, tracking, and resource allocation.
- ✓Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality work products and meeting established timelines.
- ✓Foster strong, collaborative relationships across the Psychiatry Marketing team and with Sales, Market Access, Government Affairs, Copay Center of Excellence, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, OEC, and other cross-franchise partners
- ✓Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
- ✓Bachelor's Degree
- ✓Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Previous marketing experience of 5+ years brand marketing
- ✓Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally
- ✓Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
