Role reports to: Maintenance Lead Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, South Africa, Gauteng, Johannesburg Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do Key Responsibilities: Maintains manufacturing equipment which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems. Assists with the installation, setups and changeovers of machinery. Tests and makes adjustments as needed.
Makes routine repairs to malfunctioning equipment. Assists in the Implementation of process improvements. Updates required documentation including maintenance and repair logs.
Assists with trouble report preparation for malfunctioning equipment. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Applies safety procedures to all work.
Orders parts and supplies occasionally in accordance with department procedures. Requirements: 10 years maintenance support experience Understanding of Solids ,manufacturing equipment maintenance. 5 years Tablet tooling maintenance experience Fault finding experience.
Attention to detail. Punctual and willing to work occasional overtime for maintenance support. Understanding of measurement tools and interpretation of the measurements.
