Job Summary
As a Co-op student in Analytical Development, you will participate in assay development activities to support the development of analytical methods and characterization of Fc-fusion molecules.
Primary Responsibilities
- ✓Perform development, optimization and testing for ELISA, cell-based assays and various separation methods (chromatographic and electrophoretic)
- ✓Help with routine activities such as cell culture for potency assay development
- ✓Perform recombinant protein analytical testing in the lab, data analysis and document results in electronic laboratory notebook
- ✓Summarize and present the progress of your work
- ✓Participate in laboratory organization activities such as ordering and receipt of reagents and samples
Qualifications
- ✓In a Bachelor’s degree program or higher in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field at an accredited college or university
- ✓Prior internship or co-op experience in a similar laboratory position preferred
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other relevant factors.
Potential base pay range
$28—$32 USD
