About this role

Overview Build the next chapter of Dermatology in the Nordics Dermatology is set to become a major growth engine for our Nordic organization. We are creating a pivotal role for a strong commercial minded, field-connected leader who can turn ambition into launch readiness, customer impact and sustainable performance across the cluster. The opportunity As Nordic Brand Lead, IAI / Dermatology, you will build our commercial Dermatology franchise across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

With an initial focus on Sweden and Denmark, you will translate International strategy into locally relevant plans, create a deep understanding of customers and accounts, and lead cross-functional launch execution from strategy through to the field. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of brand strategy, customer engagement, access and execution. You will work closely with Commercial, Medical, Value & Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, International teams and the field—aligning different perspectives around one clear goal: making our Dermatology portfolio meaningful for healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.

You will not inherit a finished playbook. You will help create it—bringing pace, sound judgment and a strong external perspective to a lean, entrepreneurial Nordic organization. What you will shape Build and own the Nordic commercial strategy and launch plan for our IAI / Dermatology portfolio, while assessing future opportunities across the franchise.

Define the Nordic ambition, priority markets, critical success factors, resource needs and field execution model together with the Nordics Commercial Director. Translate International strategy into focused, compliant and executable plans for the Nordic markets—and bring Nordic insights back into regional and international decision-making. Develop a clear view of the market across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, identifying the opportunities, barriers and choices that will determine success.

Build Dermatology capability and momentum across the organization, creating shared ownership of the launch and the longer-term franchise. How you will make an impact Lead launch readiness and execution Create and maintain an integrated launch-readiness plan covering milestones, access dependencies, account readiness, customer engagement, KPIs and risk mitigation. Turn market and customer insight into practical launch playbooks for priority markets and accounts.

Partner with field teams to define target accounts, engagement priorities and actions, then track execution and adapt quickly as market realities evolve. Coordinate the local adaptation and rollout of approved commercial materials and customer communications. Stay close to customers and the market Spend meaningful time in the field to understand dermatology centers, treatment pathways, patient flow, customer needs, access constraints and competitor activity.

Map and segment priority clinics, specialists, key external experts, patient organizations and relevant payer or access stakeholders. Build trusted professional relationships across the Nordic Dermatology community and ensure external insight continuously strengthens our plans. Design relevant customer-engagement initiatives across face-to-face, digital and multichannel formats, always aligned with local requirements and clear business objectives.

Connect commercial strategy with access Bring account-level and field insight into pricing, reimbursement, regional access and formulary planning. Anticipate how reimbursement timing and local access barriers may affect launch uptake, and translate those implications into commercial choices. Contribute market intelligence and practical recommendations to cross-functional access planning and, where appropriate, local formulary preparation.

Mobilize the organization Lead the Nordic Dermatology launch team through influence, creating clarity on decisions, ownership, timelines and escalation points. Drive disciplined planning across budget, advertising and promotion investment, forecasting, launch dashboards and performance tracking. Create a culture of urgency, accountability, customer focus and high-quality execution—without losing sight of compliance or patient centricity.

The experience you bring Strong commercial experience in Immunology and/or Dermatology, with the credibility to engage specialist customers and understand the realities of the therapeutic area. Recent involvement in specialty-care launch planning and execution, ideally within the Nordics or another market shaped by complex access dynamics. A proven ability to combine brand strategy with field execution, strategic account planning and direct customer engagement.

Solid understanding of Nordic pricing, reimbursement, regional access, formulary processes and payer decision-making. Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering through influence rather than formal authority. Commercial and analytical discipline, including business planning, forecasting, budget stewardship, KPI tracking and the ability to turn varied data into clear choices.

A relevant university degree in business, marketing, economics, life sciences, healthcare or a related discipline. Excellent written and spoken English. A Nordic language relevant to the priority launch markets would be an advantage.

The mindset that will help you thrive You are a builder: strategic enough to see the whole market, practical enough to move work forward, and curious enough to keep learning from customers. You are comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean organization, bringing people together around clear priorities and maintaining momentum when the path is still being shaped. You combine ambition with humility, challenge assumptions constructively, and remain focused on measurable outcomes for customers, patients and the business.

You are a true team player who is as willing to roll up your sleeves and execute as you are to shape the strategy. In our lean organization, we lift together, help each other where needed and share ownership of both the work and the outcome. And when we succeed, we celebrate those successes together.

Location and travel The role is Sweden or Denmark-based and field-based, with a home-office setup. Extensive travel across the Nordic countries is essential, particularly in Sweden and Denmark during launch readiness and execution. Regular in-person participation in Nordic and International meetings, congresses, customer engagements and launch workshops is also expected.

Ready to build what comes next? This is an opportunity to shape a franchise at a defining moment: to establish our Nordic Dermatology presence, influence how we go to market and help turn an important portfolio into a lasting source of impact. If you are energized by building, launching and staying close to the field, we would be delighted to hear from you.
