About this role

Position Summary You will design, build and validate clinical data acquisition solutions. You will work closely with clinical operations, statistics, IT and external vendors to ensure high quality and compliant data for studies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, validate, and maintain complex clinical data review solutions and reporting assets. Lead implementation of CDB Checks, Listings, Reconciliations, Medical/Safety Reviews, PD Reviews, and CDMS reporting solutions.

Translate protocol and business requirements into scalable, automated review workflows and visualizations. Provide technical oversight for solution architecture, coding standards, validation practices, and quality compliance. Develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and standardization.

Support complex data reconciliations across EDC, laboratory, safety, imaging, and other external data sources. Mentor and provide technical guidance to programmers and study teams. Partner with Data Management and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver study milestones and inspection-ready outputs.

Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies within clinical data review programming. Basic Qualification Advanced experience in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Data Review Programming, or related clinical systems roles. Strong expertise in Veeva CDB, Veeva CDMS Reports, Domino, R, Python, SQL, and clinical data standards.

Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, data review methodologies, reconciliation processes, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Skills Clinical Data, Python (Programming Language), R Programming, Veeva Why GSK?
