About this role
The position Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Compliance Services Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department. You will be able to support our Compliance Services Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks. The start date of our 6 month long paid internship program planned for October 2026.
The working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week. Tasks & responsibilities Transparency and Disclosure process assistance.
Perform transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs). Processing and validating compliance data. Supporting GCRMP documentation creation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various Boehringer stakeholders from Legal and Compliance functions, business units, and different countries. General administration of the documents. About our future intern You should speak English fluently (min.
B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job. Additionally, we are looking for: Students or graduates interested in the field of Compliance. Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality. Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset. Knowledge of MS Office.
Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus.
