Your Role

  • Perform manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining rigorous quality standards and documentation.
  • Support all aspects of the manufacturing area, including equipment, materials, and inventory.
  • Communicate operational updates and deviations effectively across teams and to leadership.
  • Engage in inter-departmental projects and external quality audits.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Develop and refine operating procedures and train team members.
  • Conduct and analyze product evaluations to ensure specifications are met.
  • Shift/Hours: 1st shift, Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Physical Attributes

  • Wear an air helmet, respirator mask, safety shoes, rubber apron, chemical protective suits and gloves, safety glasses and goggles to protect from toxic or corrosive chemicals.
  • Work in occasional wet, humid abnormally hot or cold environment.
  • Sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch for long periods of time.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Work with and in proximity of hazardous chemicals.
  • Use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Use a range of office, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Work near moving mechanical parts.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline.

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of work experience in a chemical production, laboratory or chemical engineering role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Safe chemical handling methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Knowledge of ISO Quality standards

Pay Range for this position: $27/hour - $48/hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
