Work closely with customers, the service team, sales team, and manufacturers to deliver high-quality technical support.
Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, service, and repair washer and sterilizer equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
May need assist in pre & post-installation activities Requirements Diploma, Higher Diploma, Higher Certificate, or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or related disciplines. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
Willing to travel overseas for training. Previous experience in servicing washer and sterilizer equipment is an advantage. Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications will be given priority: Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) License.
Relevant working experience in the building services or boiler industry. Holder of a Pressure Vessel Operator License (Class III and/or Class VI). Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
